A 1 week old neonate was seen with a mass coming out of the left nostril since birth (Figure 1). The CT scan showed a hyperdense mass occupying the left side of the nasal cavity. The mass was removed by endoscopic approach and was sent for histological examination.

Histopathology showed sebaceous content and the mass was diagnosed as a dermoid cyst.
